Bikes: 87 Bianchi X4, 95 Bianchi Ti Mega Tube, 06 Alan Carbon Cross X33, 74 Galmozzi Super Competizione, 64 Bianchi Specialissima.

Just to clarify a few things. I do do virtually all my work. The following bikes I got the frames of eBay, sourced the parts off eBay built and adjusted and now maintain.
I don't have a good enough bench to set up my truing stand which I have and used at the house in Ma but now in Ca I just don't have the space. I needed help removing the BB non adjust side. I struggled with it for a few hours for two days, brought it to him and with the correct tool he loosened it up in under a minute.

The other day I was looking for some old shoes to use with the X4's toe clip pedals. He had a bunch of NOS shoes from the 80's I could try them on for fit. I probably paid 50 bucks more than I should. I was happy to do it. I've probably bought or enlisted his service 4 or 5 time in the last few years. I'm glad he's there when I need him.
For these righteous people who rant and rave against the LBS, well let me qualify this, some LBS' deserve it, I wish they'd share what they do for a living so we could tell them how if they would only work at a loss they'd make our life so much better.
