I'm 6'2" but have only a 30“ inseam. I'm all torso. I generally prefer the biggest bike I can get my leg over. Not great at stop lights as I try to get one toe down while stopped. I met my match last year after building up a 25" steel frame Raleigh. I finally had to admit that the frame was too big. Luckily, some weasel of a bike thief stole it from me. 23" is my new, more realistic limit.
