The 105 group came with a press-fit bb on the FC-RS500 crank so I'm going to need a threaded one. The original square Suntour alpha 5000 crank and BB will be put in the group lot.
In that case I 'think' what you will need is something like an Ultegra 6800 HolloTech BB, which are pretty inexpensive if you search around. You can get those in English threaded (68mm). That shouldn't be an issue.
Velocity rims on 105 hubs have proven a pretty solid performer
