Power Zones for top Riders
Been doing a few races now and using a power meter last few weeks
just completed a Gran Fondo UCI event about 155 km in Collingwood Ontario.
I like to ask what do the faster riders average?
from fast guys in regional events such as Cat 1 men etc
or even pro
in a race what Power Zones and Watt would they be doing
for a 3 to 4 hour road race
what are the Power Zones and Wats should be what one is needing to achieve to be able to hammer out and be fast etc?
