Everything from 100 watts to 600 watts to 1500 watts.
Really, really, really dependent on hundreds of different factors.
Last crit I won: 53 mins, 291 ap, 329 np, 1243 max.
Big regional crit I got 15th: 1 hr 15 mins, 249 ap, 338 np, 1449 max
Another big crit: 38 mins, 282 ap, 373 np, 1213 max
Last road race I did, 30th something: 4 hrs, 6 mins, 170 ap, 235 np, 1121 max. Teammate did same race and rode last 30 miles solo for 268 ap, 306 np for four hours.
Knowing how to race is more important than the numbers at the cat 1 level where everyone is decently strong. You can be weaker and have bigger results if you play to your strengths and hold position well.
Also, just strava stalk people. Easiest way to see what's what. Ty Magner and Ian Garrison are two guys from GA on awesome form right now destroying people at big national/uci races and posting it all on strava. Follow people like them.
