I received their latest 735 frame from them in January after having to open a warranty claim due to damage on a prior model of the 735.
Long story short, should I just sell it and invest in another frame?
Dude that seriously sucks, but you're SOL. I know even when they still had all their pages up people couldn't get problems settled with them. Have you taken a look at Cinelli Vigorelli's or All City Thunderdomes? Are you only looking for Aluminum?
