Mine does not have the rear dropout fender/rack braze on, seat stay is flat on Maserati in the photo, while mine is concave, and mine has reinforced through top tube rear brake cable routing, among other things. The model above may be a '73, while mine. I was told, and date codes on components suggest, was a '74. Wish I could view the underside of the bb...)
