Hey everyone!
Its that time of year where all the tropical storms and summer showers are rolling through and making commuting to work a dreary soaking wet ride. I would love to get some ideas and reviews for good rain gear for myself and for my bike (GIANT OCR3).

I have a backpack cover that does incredibly well at keeping that high and dry but the rest of me get soaked to the bone and my legs and bike covered in dirt and mud. Any and all advice would be amazing.
