I think the pro-bicycle bit regarding LCF can be inferred based on the forum of which it is a part... even if not explicitly stated in every thread.

I rarely see anti-car sentiment being expressed here as an ethic opposed to individual liberties. More a lack of tolerance for pro-car, or car-neutral expression.

Where car-free is in the title of the subforum, I might necessarily expect anti-car rhetoric (and am never disappointed... ). However, arguing pro-car to the extent that some do comes across as trolling.
