In the last few day I have gotten a knot in my shoulder/back that responded to massage by getting worse and pinching a nerve. It is a stress related condition that occurred last year for the move also. Anywho, I have quite a bit of arm and back pain along with a numb thumb and fore finger.

As for cycle commutes I have not had any since last week when my trailer connector failed. I have the parts and just need to cobble it together.
