I guess I don't count.

One week isn't necessarily a problem, but it is a long time, and one should give pause. It's not only die transfer, it could cause mechanical rippling of certain paints, leaving the physical impression of the weave. Or as I've seen happen cause a decal to partly transfer to the clamp.

My point wasn't to say "don't do it". Instead it was a reminder to give a thought to possible implications.
