Ever since the Plasma at interbike, I don't think anyone has said a word about that Scott TT frame. Either way if you don't want to spend $3500, I searched yahoo and found a couple of sellers for the Timetrial with some searching, the links don't work though they just bring you to their home sites like pedalon.co.uk , thats a british company though. Scott's a pretty niche seller, maybe better off trying to find a shop that sells them.

Also, the LG TT bike can be had for about 1/2 the price and is a very comparable frame (triple butted 7005, tt geometry:not tri, seat tube cutout). Just something to keep in mind.
