Bikes: 2016 Felt Z85 105, 2016 GT Grade Sora

I've tried the SKS raceblade pro's on a 2016 Felt Z85 with no eyelets of any variety. they broke on their first trip out. it was dark and i couldn't see and i hit a stick on the way home and as designed they broke so as to not damage my tire/wheel. based on the 3 miles i rode in the wet before i used them, they offered me the rider great coverage from mud and muck and such however, the bike itself was going to get super gritty and dirty in places i didn't think was awesome like the brake caliper, crankset/bottom bracket from the front tire.

I've used the Crud road racer MK3 with pretty good results on the same bike. it was a pain to set up initially and given that they were completely made of plastic, they were a little bit bent out of the box and the front fender never really centered over the front tire however, they were great and offered significantly more protection from the elements for both myself and the bike as they offered way more coverage than the raceblades.

the raceblades were super easy to take off and put back on offering less coverage and the MK3's required at least a masters in engineering to set up initially but offered more coverage.

neither was aesthetically disturbing to the bicycle as my bike was matte black and both fenders complimented well if that means anything to you.
