You can easily measure angles, kops, etc. using a video camera on tripod filming from the side while you ride the trainer.
Download the video to your computer, slow the video looking for key measurement positions, then pause and take screenshot.
Use an image program to measure angles directly from the screenshot.
I find this more natural than trying to stop mid-pedal stroke to have someone measure with a Goniometer.
You can also video from the back to look for rocking hips and knees that move sideways.
