bikesailor, I'm having the problem now with a DT240 hub in ENVE 3.4 disc clinchers, but with a 15x100 thru axle setup.

For the record, I had the same alignment (not clearance) issue a few years ago with HED Ardennes Plus SL with a QR front axle.
