Well, sort of.
They essentially get full rights to a copy of your work. Sure, you retain the original content and copyright to it, but what you gave to IB is fully theirs to reuse in whatever way they see fit.
It's pretty standard stuff, but we should be careful not to assume our interests are a higher priority for IB than they are for a third party image hosting site. IB and many others are publicly traded companies after all.
