JK - my heart still pines for my ex, but I am trying to keep my eyes and heart open in case new opportunity arises

--- my back feels healthy doing the ol day to day grind, and recreational cycling is not an issue, but after a trip to the mountains for some downhill riding , enough different muscles were activated that I felt as if I had been hit with a sack of hammers


Been thinking about a similar conversion to an old entry level Bridgestone MB-6 I have (mustache bars, racks, bags, dirt drop stem ) --- be a great cruiser again - but too many irons in the fire now to even think about it too seriously
