Get the one you like and that fits you best.
The Marin does not justify the upgrading expense. But it's all a matter of what works for you.
The Fuji upgrade would be fairly easy and not too expensive. You should find a stem (cheap) that works for you and buy a new bar (moderate). Save the old ones as you may go back to it.
