So a friend of mine just picked up a Paramount that appears to be my size. Trying to get some info on it. Here is what I know...it's a Panasonic built bike, Series 3 PDG. He told me it is a 1990 and the serial number is on the head tube. All sounds correct, except from what I've read here and elsewhere, I was under the impression that Panasonic didn't start making the Paramounts until 1991. Serial number is: 0K00xxx (where the x's are numbers he didn't want me to post).


So what does he have? Is this just an early Panasonic build or is there something weird going on here?
