Bikes: Some old CL beater

KHS 747: 2XL or 3XL?

I'm looking for some input on which size I should buy. Im only 6' 3.5" but have a 38.5" cycling inseam and a 6'7" arm span. And size 15 feet. I'm currently on a Giant Defy XL with a longer- set back seat post and a Delta steerer extender. I keep wanting to slide back on the seat but there is no place to go. My fitness is poor and I have a belly which probably makes things worse as far as fit goes.

Here are some of my thoughts on the matter:

My Defy has a 595 TT (effective 610 with setback post) and 110 stem.
My Hardrock has a 655 TT and 110 stem. It actually feels good.
The 747 in 2xl has a 620TT

My inseam points to the 210 cranks that come on the 3XL.

On the 2xl I'll still have some interference with my feet and the front wheel.

The 2xl won't be much longer than my current ride which feels like I did sitting in those stupid- too small desks in elementary school. But maybe it's just that my current cranks are too short.

There are a few 2xl on line for a fantastic price.

I asked the Zinn site for direction and their answer was to go with the 2xl.

Anyone here on a 2xl with an inseam close to mine, that can share some insight?

Thanks
