How much seatpost do you have up on that?
It's really tough to tell from a pic, obviously, but my first impression is that the bike is too small for you. A larger frame with less seatpost and less drop to the handlebars might be along my preferences. But that said, I see a lot of people who ride around with that kind of set up (shorter TT, a lot of seat post, big drop to the bars).
