Jenson USA had good prices on Di2 components and a decent selection of small parts.

Toronto Cycles has an amazing selection of titanium and aluminum hardware.

Alex's Cycles sometimes has some good deals or stocks hard to find high end components. They are in Japan and the Japanese post office is like clockwork.
