Today I became a triathlete. Swim was absolute cake and quick too, bike went ok, run fell apart (all as expected). I'll have to get a photo up later when my phone has juice in it.

My knees tell me I need to be 20 lbs lighter to enjoy this hobby. Fat and muscle gotta go.
