I believe that number was only stamped on the Suburban chain guard (used on 5-speed models), so it appears you have a '72 Suburban 5-speed model.



If that's the case then it has been modified as it was originally a 5-speed
Current value depends on condition and originality. Without pics I'd say anywhere from $25 to maybe $150.
