Yes, that's what you need, and also the same style that it likely had from the beginning. Who knows where those original bolts are now!

The nice thing about that style is you don't need any dust caps. They will (or should) fasten more or less flush with the crank arm when fully seated. The plastic cap is somewhat integral to the bolt. You can remove it with the bolt not installed, but as installed, the cap is locked in.
