It rained briefly at SD Velodrome during my workout and I cut the W/O short due to new asphalt and potential oil/water mixture. One round of thunder.
I got to do a fast effort in the pole lane. The track smoothness is inconsistent. I could argue either way that it is better or worse than it was previously. I think it is competitive with Trexlertown, Hellyer and Marymoore. At least it is finished and open for business.
