Your Crank Puller, if the one you have pictured is the actual one you have used, probably cost $3.00 off E-bay and having demonstrated to yourself how easily such cheap rubbish strips the threads in the crank you should immediately throw it in the bin. Been there got the T-Shirt. The picture Barabaika gave was of a Park Tools Crank Puller... Yours for $14.00 It is not or may not be immediately visible from the pictures but the threads on your $4.00 version do not have as sharp or as deep a cut as the $14.00 one.

As is or may be the case with others I find it hard to believe that you have stripped the tool threads rather than the crank threads. As I say I've got the T-Shirt. If you check the tool then it is possible that what you think is the tool showing signs of being stripped is actually aluminium that has been stripped from the threads of the crank. If you do buy the Park Tools version then, with care, you might be able to salvage the situation. Do not try to use the $4.00 one again.
