I personally refuse to accommodate "little roosters". Yes it means they may sometimes choose to get in my face or threaten or otherwise assault me. However, I feel that dealing with them is part of my responsibility to society. We all want the benefits of living in a civil society. But if you're too spineless to help keep that society civil, then you don't deserve to live in it.
Don't seek it out (like a "little rooster"). But don't back down from it (like a "no rooster") either.

That's why I neither endorse riding (1) meekly on the shoulder line -- which encourages less considerate drivers to carelessly zip by,
nor (2) steadfast in the middle of the lane -- because one just might trigger a madman like the one in the video.
