Hi,

First time posting. Would like to buy a hybrid bike. I emailed the local bike shop and they have recommended a few option.

I am 6'2 and 300 lbs and would like to do biking as a form of fitness. I am an active person that would like to do more for my fitness.

Here is the list.

I gave them a budget of $500-$600 Canadian. Wondering what you guys would recommend? Or is there any others out on the market?

I will mainly be on hard surfaced roads. Pavement, tar and chip and sometimes on granular trails.
