The geo on the Vigorelli screams road to me, and unless the fixie crit lasts less than 30 minutes, I think you'd want to hydrate during the race. Anyway, my Wraith has very similar geo and I take it on non-stop 2+ hour rides where I need at least 2 large water bottles, especially in the summer.
If I were racing a crit, like red hook, no way in hell I'd take my hands off the bar for even a second.
