Anyone doing "crazy" cadence stuff in a Spinning class should have their certification pulled. Just my opinion, being a STAR 3 rated Spinning Instructor with 16 years of experience.
+1. I used to spin regularly during winter months many years ago. A couple of the instructors I experienced would spin so fast they were bouncing violently in the saddle. Way over 100 rpms. I quickly learned which instructors to avoid.
