Welcome to the C&V Forum Anton, no idea here as to the manufacturer. Agreed on it being a nice looking and fairly well built frame set. And, a Dura Ace Shimano head set is not too shabby either. At least you won't have to butcher the rear drop by cutting off the derailleur hanger in order to make your single speed city bike. Most likely one of the truly knowledgeable members here will be along soon, with some idea as to its lineage.
