So my answers which are not available in the poll would be:
1) I frequently pass slow moving vehicles, such as farm tractors, and cyclists, where it is safe to do so under the circumstances (speeds and sight distance)
2) I frequently straddle a yellow line to allow additional room to pass a cyclist where it is safe to do so under the circumstances.
3) I never pass a vehicle moving anywhere close to the speed of traffic in a no passing zone.
