Washington mo. Start there and park your car. Train it out to Sedalia mo. Ride from Sedalia back to your car.
The trail is in sedalia so you hop right on.
And the trail is right at 5mi away from the train ststion in Washington.

Thats a 160mi ride.
Want to do less? Hop off in Jefferson city and ride back to Washington.
