My MTB computer has always been set up in miles. Do roadies always think in Ks? Should I set up the road computer in Ks? If I went on a big group ride, what percent of riders would have their computers set up in Ks?
I would imagine that if you maintain your riding in the USA, miles will predominate. Although, if you think Congress will ever really shift us to the metric system you'd have a jump on your fellow riders. Distance conversions I can generally do in my head (I go to Canada enough) it's temperature that is harder to reckon with.
Oh, yeah, heal fast but you may never go back, the road is swift.
