I don't mind spending money on high-end gear if I think it is going to last many years and shop the typical websites all the time.

Backcountry (Competitive Cyclist), Wiggle, Ribble, Merlin, Chain Reaction, Jenson USA, etc., just going through the inventory looking for discounts on high quality gear. It is a lot of clicking but every once in a while something stands out, like last year's $140 merino jersey for $49 or something like that.

Currently looking for nobibs this way. I know that $20 Castelli shorts are out there if I click enough.
