Bikes: 1986 Alpine (steel road bike), 2009 Ti Habenero, 2013 Specialized Roubaix

A local builder is best. Another option if you want custom Ti on a budget is Habanero, that's the route I went and I am pleased. Last I checked they charge $1200 for custom Ti.
