If you have any sources that show how to do it that'd be great. I did some research on how to implement live segments but couldn't find it. I can "star" segments and send that to sync with Garmin Connect, but as far as the F3 capability, it just doesn't seem to be there. Shame.

As a side note, I did play with the live segments on my Strava phone app, and that's a bit of a disappointment as well. Don't string too many segments together and expect for it to give you timers and side-by-side interface for it... it seems that it needs some time to log your KOM efforts while still monitoring overall ride metrics before another side-by-side interface can operate.
