You also might consider whether your back is bent or straight. Bent back are prone to problems while a straight back will actual help get more power to the pedals. Also, as the back straightens, the pelvis rolls forward so that weight is then carried on the sitbones rather than the perineum cutting off circulation to important regions of anatomy.
