I find quite a few wheels on Craigslist, but it can take patience.

The wheel Barabaika found may match your bike reasonably well. Is that important? Rebuilding your existing wheel as Barabaika mentioned is also possible, but will take some time, and a bit of patience if you haven't done it before.

Another option is to just go to a local bike shop and see what they have in stock.

If the driver was at fault, then if the police locate the driver, that person, or their insurance company, should be liable for bike repairs.
