I'd start by contacting Giant to see if they would be able to give guidance on the paint. Knowing the year might be helpful.

If that doesn't work, finding a shop that provides paint for auto body shops might put you in contact with something suitable. Barring that, Google and Amazon for black touch-up paint would be my fall back.
