Sora or Tiagra bike for beginner on only flat roads

After watching 3 weeks of the Tour de France and one 50k ride with a friend on my town bike, I've decided to get a road bike.

In the past I had a Btwin Triban 500 SE that I used purely for commuting in Bristol, UK.

In live in North-East Germany, and the terrain is very flat. It can also be bloody windy.

I have no experience road riding, but I plan on riding 60-80km on weekends, and a shorter ride (30km) maybe once or twice in the evenings.

In the winter that will reduce just to weekend rides.

Next Spring/Summer I would like to take a trip to Harz mountains and do some riding on the hills. But until then, 100% of my riding will be done on the flat.

I am trying to decide on one of the following bicycles:

Planet X RT-58 v2 Alloy Shimano Sora Road Bike
Planet X RT-58 v2 Alloy Shimano Tiagra Road Bike

(I can't currently post urls)

But for the group sets, they are identical. They both have 11-32t Cassette and 50-34 chainset.

Is it worth spending an extra 60€ for the Tiagra?
