Then I suggest you try another shop. Size is apparently not a reliable indicator of skill level.

SIS is short for "Shimano Indexing System".
I understand why you thought it was a good search phrase, but no.
"shimano 7 speed derailleur integrated hanger" yields several good hits high in the list.

I might pay to have it done, however when I was in line at the bike shop the 2 before me paid horrendeous amounts (almost €200) for simple service,
7-speed IS a bit dated. A search for Tourney does give some hits.
Regarding price:
- how long do you think a service takes, and what do you think a reasonably hourly wage is?
It's often easier for shops to deal with fixed prices. Have the customer swallow the bitter pill right at the start.
Saves anger and argumentation when the bike is to be picked up. Usually a fixed price service is a good deal for the shop. But sometimes they lose big when there's a badly stuck BB or similar.
With bikes it's easy to choose. Tools aren't that expensive. Don't like the pricing, do the job yourself.
