This is almost certainly impossible to order specifically as a small part. A new brake/shifter at that level at retail is like $30. If you have a bicycle cooperative you may be able to shuffle through some dead shifters and find a replacement, or if you're really nice, find a really cool shop, and go at off peak hours, a mechanic might be able to rummage around their dead parts for a replacement.
