I like the fluro highlights on my Sirrus, I'd certainly be more concerned about the base colour. Are frame decals applied at the factory or during assembly? If it's the later then you can surely ask your LBS to leave them off? And if not, can you not remove them once you get it home? If I wanted to I could remove all of the fluro from my bike (except for the text on the saddle and logo on the grip locks which are colour matched to that highlight). Rim stickers (also matched) can be removed too.
Looks like Giant are using a similar combo as Spec did in '16.
