Are you drinking from the bowl under the water fountain?

Many fountains I've encountered have a way to fill a lower level bowl for a pet, or allow one to get water out of a faucet.

But, as others have said, the Human --> Human risk of disease transmission is much greater than Dog --> Human. Consider the pet owner as providing you a service of cleaning the fountain.

Just wait your turn, and have a drink. You'll survive.
