Saw this at the co-op today but did not buy it. Mighty quaint old Austrian-made Steyr Clubman bike that looks like it was upgraded in the '70s with an SR Swan stem and Shimano sidepulls. Nothing fancy, but never seen one like it. Dig those craaaazy wingnuts!
