If your heel is on the pedal in that photo the basic saddle height is probably okay. That's how I set my starting point for saddle height. Then I'll adjust in little increments based on how my knees feel.

Your arm and torso position look okay, not too aggressive. Pretty much what I aim for on my bike.

Main challenge I have with a drop bar bike is regaining strength and flexibility in my neck. Broke my back and neck in a car wreck umpteen years ago and still have permanent C2 damage. So it's always going to be a struggle.

My first couple of weeks with my new-to-me road bike in June were awful. Painful during and after every ride. It gradually got better. Now, seven weeks in, I'm enjoying the rides. But I have to work on stretching and conditioning every day, several times a day. Every time I get up from the computer or anything else I'm doing I spend a few minutes on stretching and strengthening my neck, shoulders and upper body. It's gradually getting better but will take a lot more work.
