OP: Ride more. Do core exercises (situps, crunches, planks, side planks). You aren't particularly aggresive in your position. Get more experience at these new distances and see how things go.
Well spotted. The photo is a few months old and after my fit (& higher saddle) I now have slightly toe-down pedaling style and bend over more from the hips/pelvis.

Core strength exercises are always a good idea!
