Well spotted. The photo is a few months old and after my fit (& higher saddle) I now have slightly toe-down pedaling style and bend over more from the hips/pelvis.
Core strength exercises are always a good idea!
Also, your elbows are locked. If you ride that way, it increases neck and back punishment.
Bend the elbows, relax the shoulders, support yourself with your core rather than your hands/arms.
